So I've hardly been able to move teh last two weeks since Xmas after eating an insane amount.  Don't know what to do with myself, although it was really a lot of fun.  Tons of family asnd friends and merriment, so I guess who can complain about too much food and a good time? I'm paying for it now though and gonna have to seriously diet soo

Heya all, haven't written for a long time, getting geared up for the holidays now, only a couple of weeks to go before Xmas.  Lots of family and firends planned, probably lots of food too.  Can't wait although my poor body is not too happy, will have to diet big time in 2011!!
 
 
So not going so well now, I've gained another 4 pounds since my last post which was only two weeks ago.  Too many parties and bad snacks I guess, although I've also eaten a lot of good stuff like broccoli and carrots.

Also my horrible cellulite seems to be getting worse, which is really depressing.  I've tried so much stuff in the past and haven't been able to really have much of an impact, but I read this article on ABC (http://abcnews.go.com/Health/SkinCare/story?id=4964279&page=1) which had some interesting things to say.  Anyone have experience with these high priced methods?  I'd be willing to pay if I was sure it wou
 
 
Okay friends here I am all over again!!! Just crazy about my new web site so I couldn't keep away, hope you do not mind. Trying to get into a routine with this writing, not simple.

Anyhow, not a lot to report on the weight loss front, I suppose I'm down perhaps a pound or two but still small changes.

All this after I have truly put in hard work this last while, and controlled my eating a great deal so I expect it will all deliver something in the end.

Hello and here you are at my brand new weight reduction blog! Maybe keeping a website is the thing that will at long last let me keep off my excess weight?

I gotta get some of these pounds off before the new year otherwise I'm gonna be in big trouble. I can't want to go crazy with diet programs and many types of those things so I just want to start out cutting down litlte bits of things at the same time. Beginning with chocolate bars.

Been trying to think of simple ways to ensure I reduce the total amount I take in per meal. Maybe I should give myself what i think I wanna eat and then take just like a quarter off it and replace it?  God that is embarrassing, I sort of hope noone ever reads this blog.

And of course I have to deal with my lumpy and bumpy skin. I held rid of it bravely for quite some years however the cellulite has eventually got me. I dispise it.. Age has ultimately caught up to me I assume, or even I truly do weigh a lot If anybody's got a good way to handle lumpy and bumpy skin let me know!!!...Many thanks for tuning in y'all
